At GlowGrit Collective, LLC, we work with third-party providers to create custom-made products for our brands The Intro Glow and We’re Totally Fine. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.
Include:
– Your order number
– A clear photo of the issue
– A brief description
We will work with our print provider to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or offering a refund.
– We do not accept returns for change of mind
– We do not offer exchanges for size or style mistakes
– You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address and order details are correct

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Include:
